Based in Burnaby, BC, Canada, the TVI Group of Companies (sometimes just called "TVI") was a unique collection of artists, technologists and business people working in software, hardware, networking, sales/marketing and graphic design. I had the pleasure of being part of this eclectic group from July 1993 until November 1999.
This web site describes the birth, death and transformation of this Burnaby, BC high-tech startup. It's my form of tribute to the people who helped make TVI Interactive Systems and its affiliate companies successful and who weathered the storms when things didn't go so well. I've left in many warts while trying not to burn any people or bridges.

So, how do you sum up six years of dedication and hard work by over 22 people in a few measily web pages? Well, the short answer is that you can't, at least not without some selective filtering and editing. So, while I've tried to be as objective as possible, some folks who were also involved in these events may disagree with my recollections or opinions.
